KELLY MATHIS

For more than 30 years of legal practice to the Jacksonville community, Kelly has been committed to the ideal of equal justice under the law for everyone.  Whether it is holding law enforcement accountable for excessive use of force, seeing those injured through medical malpractice or a simple slip and fall rebuild their life, or ensuring the rights of small business owners and entrepreneurs, he has been on the frontlines to protect the interests of individuals, the self-employed, and corporations.

Kelly knows first-hand how important it is to have a strong advocate to help you navigate the legal system. In 2013, he began a hard-won battle to reinstate his good name and reclaim his career after he was wrongfully charged in the Allied Veteran’s case.

Today, Kelly is proud to represent a diversity of clients and serve as a strong advocate for those in need.
